Project Management

IB Project Management has undertaken a number of projects acting as Client’s Agent / Project Manager and has the facility to undertake the majority of management functions ‘in house’. These include:

• Principal Designer under CDM 2015
• survey and construction drawing production
• arranging Planning and Building Control approvals
• management of the Principal Contractor appointment process and during the construction period
• arranging for and managing additional contractors as required to meet the contract and client requirements
• liaising with the Client to achieve all necessary registrations and approvals
• managing post construction requirements such as Health and Safety File production and defects rectification
