IB Project Management has worked for industry leading Principal Contractors producing Health and Safety Files / Operation and Maintenance manuals consistently over the last twelve years, all of our work coming through repeat business and word of mouth.

We aim to take away the burden of producing these contractual and legal documents from the site team at what is the most time sensitive period in the contract, leaving them free to deliver their projects on time.

Our team all come from site based management backgrounds and fully understand the contractual relationships and build processes necessary to liaise with, collect and collate the required information from all the individual parties in a timely manner so that we can deliver the finished documentation by the date and in the format required.
