Mark Bland – Director

Mark’s career to date has been both multi-disciplinary and varied, ranging from highways maintenance subcontracting where he worked in the family business, to office management.

Mark initially helped Ian on an ad hoc basis in his spare time, when IBPM’s workload necessitated an extra pair of hands. At the time, he was working for Inclusive Lifestyles Ltd as a training and H&S manager.

Inclusive Lifestyles, was created in 2003 to provide direct care for some of the most difficult to place individuals in the country because of their combined learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. IBPM were engaged to provide the design and development of a number of properties across Cheshire and Wirral that were to deliver residential settings that met the specific needs of the individuals provided for, and Mark worked closely with Ian on the delivery of these projects over a five year period.

When Inclusive Lifestyles was sold to a national care provider, Mark remained with the new company for a period before eventually joining IBPM on a permanent basis to work with Ian on its core business of Health and Safety File and Operation and maintenance manual production.

Mark became a Director of IBPM in 2018 and since that time has taken a steadily increasing role in the delivery and development of the business.
